Managed IT for Phoenix businesses.
By Phoenix engineers.
We do not run generic managed IT. Every Phoenix business we manage runs in an industry we already know cold. Banks, lenders, insurance, law firms, CPAs, professional services, healthcare, real estate, construction, HVAC, restaurants, and retail. So when something breaks at 8pm on a Friday, the engineer who picks up already understands your stack, your regulators, and the rhythm of your business.
Your IT problem is an industry problem in disguise.
Generic MSPs serve every industry the same way. We do not. After managing IT across the verticals we serve, every choice we make about tools, response priorities, compliance posture, and vendor relationships is shaped by what those industries actually need.
We already know your industry
You are not a learning curve on our dime. We manage IT in your vertical every day. Your industry is not a new challenge for us, it is our weekly rhythm.
Compliance is built in
HIPAA, GLBA, FFIEC, PCI, NIST CSF, SOC 2. The frameworks your regulators and your insurer care about are wired into how we operate, not bolted on at renewal. Your audit trail starts on day one.
The phone answers, the engineer is local
24/7 live human pickup. 15-minute response for established clients. No offshore tier-one, no ticket portal you scream into. The engineer who answers at 2am works five miles from your office.
We ship AI alongside IT
Most MSPs talk about AI. We are already deploying it. Drafting board packets, summarizing intake notes, building front-desk chatbots. When you are ready, we are ready. (See our AI Consulting service.)
“How much does it cost to provide full support for all my IT needs without unexpected charges?”
Choose Inventive Prime.
One per-user price. Every IT support service we offer — remote, on-site, networking, infrastructure, security, vCIO strategy. No dispatch fees. No surprise project quotes. No add-ons buried in the contract.
Five ways to engage Managed IT.
Pick the plan that matches how you actually use IT. Move up the ladder as your usage grows. The $55-per-device floor on the 24/7 Security Operations Stack is the lowest we go. Plan 8 commits unlock it.
★ Prime Enterprise (20+ users): Pricing automatically switches to $135/user/month (flat, all users) when your headcount reaches 20. Bonus: project hours per user jump from 2 to 8 per month. A 4× increase. vCIO Embedded, full security stack, unlimited remote support all included. No quote needed, no contract renegotiation.
All block-hour plans default to month-to-month. Cancel any time. 1-year and 3-year agreements available for additional discount. The $55/device floor on the 24/7 Security Operations Stack is the lowest we go; Plan 8 commits unlock it.
What’s protecting every managed device.
Most Phoenix MSPs sell this layer as a premium add-on. We bundle it with every plan. Pricing scales by the plan you choose ($55–$80 per device per month), included entirely in Inventive Prime.
Email Protection
Filters phishing, spam, and malicious attachments before they reach the inbox. Reduces the #1 attack vector for SMBs.
Endpoint Protection
Next-generation antivirus and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) on every managed workstation, laptop, and server. Threats are caught at the endpoint and quarantined automatically.
24/7 SOC Monitoring
Security Operations Center watching alerts around the clock. The 2am alert is investigated by humans, not a script that emails you a ticket.
Patch Management
Operating system, third-party app, and firmware updates managed and verified across your fleet. Closes vulnerability windows automatically.
Asset Management
Inventory and lifecycle tracking for every device, license, and vendor in your environment. We know what you have, what it does, and when it needs replacing. Before you do.
Change Management
Documented process for every infrastructure change, who, what, when, why, and rollback plan. The audit trail your insurer and your regulators want, with the discipline that prevents outages.

Discovery + walkthrough
30-min call about your business, your stack, and your industry. Then a 30-min review of your environment, remote or on-site at your office.
Written assessment + plan recommendation
Within 3 business days you receive a written gap report covering security posture, infrastructure, and the controls auditors actually ask about. We also recommend the right engagement plan for your usage pattern. Prioritized fixes, scoped proposal. Yours to keep. (Compliance-depth industries like banking and healthcare get a 1–2 week assessment instead.)
Onboard + go live
If we are a fit, we run a structured 30-day onboarding. Documentation, monitoring, training, a named engineer who knows your business, and a client portal where your credentials are always yours.
What people ask before they call
How do I pick the right plan?
Three quick questions: how many help-desk interactions you have per month (fewer than 2 = Hourly or Plan 2; 3–6 = Plan 6; 6–8 = Plan 8; more than 8 = Prime), how many devices need the Security Operations Stack (10+ devices makes stack savings meaningful), and whether you want predictable monthly cost or pay-as-you-go (predictable = block plans or Prime; pay-as-you-go = Hourly). We confirm on the free assessment call.
Why does the Security Operations Stack cost different amounts at different plan tiers?
Committing to a block-hour plan unlocks a lower per-device stack price. Hourly clients pay $80/device for the no-commitment flexibility. Plan 8 clients hit the $55/device floor. The lowest we go. The ladder rewards commitment because predictable revenue lets us absorb more of the stack cost without raising prices elsewhere.
What is actually included in the Security Operations Stack?
Four things on every managed device: email protection (filters phishing/spam/malicious attachments), endpoint protection (next-gen antivirus + EDR), 24/7 SOC monitoring (Security Operations Center watching alerts around the clock), and patch management (OS, third-party app, and firmware updates). Most Phoenix MSPs sell this as a premium add-on; we bundle it with every plan.
Is help desk included or billed separately?
On the basic hourly plan, help desk is billed at $165/hr in 15-minute increments. Block-hour plans (Plan 2, 6, 8) include a set number of help-desk hours per month at a discounted effective rate. Inventive Prime includes unlimited remote help desk and vCIO Embedded (our top-tier strategic advisory. See the vCIO page for what that covers). Heavier-usage clients are happiest on Prime. We will walk you through which plan fits on the assessment call.
Do you serve industries beyond those listed?
The industries above are where we have deep playbooks. We also manage IT for businesses outside those verticals. Happy to walk through your specific situation on the assessment call to confirm we are the right fit.
What is the response time for issues?
15 minutes for established clients on managed plans, prioritized by severity. Critical incidents (full outage, suspected breach, business-down) jump the queue automatically.
Can we add or remove devices each month?
Yes. Device counts adjust monthly. If you bring on five new hires in March, your March-end bill reflects the new headcount. If you offboard, we remove the devices and the billing tracks.
Will you replace our in-house IT staff?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients have an internal IT lead or admin and we co-manage. We handle the 24/7 layer, the security stack, the after-hours pickup, and the deep expertise; they handle the on-site and the in-the-room stuff. See Co-Managed IT for that specific model.
Who owns our passwords and IT documentation?
You do. We maintain a client portal where all your credentials, vendor info, and IT documentation are always available to you, so if you ever need to vet another vendor or move on, nothing is held hostage.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No, we do not require one. Assessment is free, onboarding is scoped, and ongoing managed services default to month-to-month. Cancel any time. For clients who want budget predictability or locked-in pricing, we also offer 1-year and 3-year agreements.
Before your next outage, your next audit, or the 3am incident response.
One hour with a Phoenix-based engineer who works with businesses in your industry every day. You leave with a written gap assessment, the right plan recommendation, and a prioritized fix list. Yours to keep.
