Most Phoenix businesses run their IT
on Inventive Prime or a Block-Hour Plan.
Two simple options cover the vast majority of what businesses need. Prime is all-inclusive per user. Block-Hour Plans are pay-for-usage at a discounted hourly. Pick the one that matches how you’ll actually use IT and you’re done.
Not sure which? The decision section walks you through it. The fit call sorts it in 15 minutes either way.
Two plans. Most Phoenix businesses pick one of them.
Inventive Prime is the all-inclusive plan: per-user fee covers operations, security, helpdesk, and strategy. Block-Hour Plans are the pay-for-usage plan: predictable monthly retainer at a discount. Same team, same response time, different consumption model.
- Unlimited helpdesk support
- 24/7 incident response
- Cybersecurity Operations Stack included
- vCIO Embedded included ($5,500 standalone value)
- Network Monitoring included
- 2 project hours per user per month
- Auto-tiers to $135/user with 4× project bucket at 20+ users (Prime Enterprise)
- Month-to-month available
- Plan 2 ($300/mo, 2 hrs, 9% off hourly)
- Plan 6 ($750/mo, 6 hrs, 24% off hourly)
- Plan 8 ($960/mo, 8 hrs, 27% off hourly)
- Helpdesk + infrastructure work from same bucket
- Add Security Stack at tiered $55 to $80/device
- Month-to-month available
- Pure hourly also available at $165/hr if you prefer no retainer
Still not sure? Most clients land on Prime if they have 10+ users and want IT handled, or on Plan 6 or Plan 8 if they have under 10 users or want pay-for-usage. The fit call confirms.
A simple decision rule. Most clients pick by answering this.
If you can answer the question for each card below, you’ll know which plan fits.
You want IT handled, period
You don’t want to think about IT. You want a monthly bill that covers everything: helpdesk, security, strategy, projects. You’d rather pay a flat per-user rate than count hours.
Recommended: Inventive Prime
You want pro IT, just not 24/7
You can handle the basics yourself but want pro help on retainer for the things that break or projects you don’t have time for. You’d rather pay for what you actually use.
Recommended: Block-Hour Plan 6 or 8
You already have internal IT
You have a tech staff and need overflow support, specialists, or project help. Prime doesn’t fit. Plans are an option, but the cleaner answer is Co-Managed.
Recommended: Co-Managed IT
You have one specific need
Just need security? Just need backup? Just need helpdesk for end users? Each of those is a standalone product. See the specialized add-ons below.

Common questions before picking.
I genuinely have no idea which plan I need. What do I do?
Schedule the free 30-minute fit call. Ten minutes of conversation tells us your user count, current pain, and budget pattern, and we recommend Prime or a specific Plan. If the answer is “you do not need an MSP yet, you need a Help Desk Lite subscription for $49/user,” that is what we will say.
What is the difference between Prime and a Block-Hour Plan?
Prime is all-inclusive: a per-user fee covers operations, security, helpdesk, vCIO, plus 2 hours of project work per user per month. Block-Hour Plans are pay-for-usage: you buy a bucket of hours at a discount and use them for helpdesk or infrastructure work. Prime tends to win above 15 users. Block-Hour Plan 6 or 8 wins under 15 users or with light usage.
Can I mix Prime or Plans with the specialized add-ons?
Yes. Prime already bundles Cybersecurity Stack, vCIO Embedded, and Network Monitoring. Plans clients commonly add the Security Stack and Network Monitoring separately. Compliance, Cloud Backup, DR, and AI Training are common add-ons on top of Prime. The intake call works out which add-ons (if any) actually apply to you.
Are prices negotiable?
The published rates are the rates. 1-year and 3-year terms get standard discounts that are also published. We do not do quote-discrimination. The price your neighbor pays is the price you pay.
How fast can we start?
Most clients onboard in 1 to 2 weeks. Help Desk and Block-Hour Plans are fastest (3 to 5 business days). Prime onboarding is 2 weeks for the asset audit and tool deployment. Cybersecurity Stack deploys in week 1. All onboardings include a documented kickoff plan with weekly checkpoints.
Do I need to be in Phoenix metro?
Phoenix metro is our home. Statewide work is regular. Out-of-state we honestly aren’t the right MSP. See Locations for coverage details.
