Common questions about vertical IT.
Do you charge more for regulated industries (healthcare, banking)?
No premium for the regulation itself. The Cybersecurity stack and Compliance posture work that regulated industries usually need are priced separately, transparently. Healthcare and finance clients tend to buy more of those products, but the per-user or per-hour rate on Managed IT is the same.
What if my industry has a specialty app I don’t see listed?
We add LOB apps to our supported list on every onboarding. If we haven’t seen your specialty app before, we don’t pretend we have. Onboarding includes vendor introduction calls and a documented runbook before we go live. We’d rather take an extra week than fake fluency.
Do you serve businesses outside the industries listed above?
Yes, regularly. Those pages exist because they’re the verticals where we’ve built out the most published detail. Plenty of our clients are manufacturing, distribution, fitness, nonprofit, education, hospitality. The intake call will tell you if we’re a fit. We turn down work we shouldn’t take.

Can a generalist MSP do this work too?
Sometimes, yes. A good generalist MSP can run a healthcare clinic if the clinic stays small and simple. Once the clinic adds a second location, an integrated imaging vendor, and a HIPAA-anxious cyber-insurance carrier, the generalist starts learning on your dime. Vertical fluency is what you pay for to skip that learning curve.
