Phoenix metro IT support.
Eight cities deep, statewide when needed.
We are a Phoenix-headquartered MSP. Our techs live where you live. No outsourced offshore queue, no overnight handoffs to another time zone. When something breaks, the person picking up has driven the route to your office before.
On-site dispatch handled by On-Site IT Support. Remote support is included in every Managed IT plan.
Three zones of coverage, one team across all of them.
Every Phoenix metro client gets the same coverage. Statewide work is quoted per trip but available on demand.
Phoenix metro core
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler. Standard dispatch zone. 2-hour P1 response from confirmation. Most dispatches arrive same-day for non-emergency tickets.
Extended East Valley
Gilbert, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Fountain Hills. Same dispatch terms as metro core for clients on Plans / Prime / On-Site retainer. One-off dispatch may add small travel time.
Extended Northwest Valley
Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear. Same standard dispatch for retainer clients. Travel time on one-off dispatch.
Statewide on request
Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Yuma, anywhere in Arizona. Quoted per trip at $0.67 per mile beyond 50 miles plus standard hourly. Remote support included without travel.
Find your city. See specifics for businesses in your area.
Each page below covers response time, typical client mix, and notes specific to that city.
Statewide on request. Quoted before we drive.
Plenty of our clients have a Phoenix HQ and a satellite office in Tucson, Flagstaff, or somewhere rural. We support all of it. Travel beyond 50 miles is quoted, not surprise-billed.
Tucson and southern Arizona
Regular run, well-paved. Most Tucson visits are day-trip dispatch when needed. Remote support is included in your plan, no travel cost. On-site visits quoted per trip.
Northern Arizona
Flagstaff and Prescott runs are scheduled in advance when possible. Emergency dispatch available with quoted travel charge. Several active clients in both markets.
Other Arizona locations
Yuma, Bullhead City, tribal nations, remote work sites. We have done all of it. Travel is quoted, paid before we leave the office, no end-of-month travel surprises.
Most issues solve remotely
About 75% of tickets resolve without a physical visit anywhere. Statewide travel is for hardware-physical issues, new install, audits. We are the team that solves remotely first, drives second.
Schedule a 30-minute call.
We will tell you straight if we are a fit for your location.
Phoenix metro is our home zone. Statewide is regular work. Out-of-state we honestly aren’t the right call. The intake conversation sorts all of that in 15 minutes.
Dispatch billed per On-Site IT Support rates ($165 business hours + $175 dispatch, $230 after-hours + $250 dispatch). Plans / Prime clients pull dispatch from their monthly bucket with no separate dispatch fee on business hours.
Common questions about coverage.
Do you have offices in each of the 8 cities?
No. We are a Phoenix-headquartered team with a single office. Our techs live across the metro and dispatch from wherever they are. Most “is there a tech near my office” questions are really “can someone be here in 2 hours” – yes, anywhere in the metro core, regardless of which city we office in.
How is dispatch different between metro core and extended valley?
For Plans / Prime / On-Site retainer clients: no difference. Same SLA, no extra travel fee. For one-off dispatch (no retainer): the dispatch fee covers the first 30 minutes of travel; longer trips add proportional time at the hourly rate. Most extended valley visits hit the same standard fee.
What if my office is outside the 50-mile radius?
Quoted before we drive. Travel beyond 50 miles is $0.67 per mile each way plus standard hourly while on the road. We always quote travel in writing before dispatch so there are no surprises. Remote support is unchanged and included in your plan.
Do you serve outside Arizona?
No. Phoenix metro is our home. Statewide is regular work. Out-of-state we honestly aren’t the right call – there are better local MSPs in those markets and we will say so. If you have a remote employee out of state, remote support covers them; if your business location is out of state, we are not your right fit.
What about multi-site clients with Phoenix HQ and a remote satellite?
Common pattern, well-supported. HQ gets standard metro dispatch. Satellite location gets remote support included plus quoted on-site visits scheduled in advance. Examples: HQ in Scottsdale, branch in Tucson; HQ in Phoenix, jobsites across Arizona; HQ in Mesa, satellite in Flagstaff. All workable.
