Is our data safe with Claude?
Yes, with the right setup. Anthropic’s API does not train on your data by default, and we build with enterprise data-handling settings, signed BAAs where applicable, and your data segregated to your environment. We’ll walk you through exactly what gets sent where during the assessment.
Do we need to know AI to start?
No. The whole point of the assessment is to figure out where AI helps your specific business. You don’t need to read papers or pick a model. We do that part.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT on personal accounts is a security and compliance problem waiting to happen, and it’s not integrated with your actual systems. We help you adopt AI inside a sanctioned, monitored stack, and we build the integrations that turn AI from “neat” to “actually saves us 20 hours a week.”
How long until we see ROI?

What if we already have an MSP?
That’s fine. AI consulting is a separate engagement and we’ll work alongside your existing IT provider. If you’d rather consolidate down the road, we can talk about that too.

Which AI models do you work with?
We default to Anthropic’s Claude because it’s the most enterprise-ready model for businesses handling sensitive or regulated data. We also work with Microsoft Copilot for Office-heavy environments, and we’ll recommend OpenAI or others when they’re the right fit. We are not married to any single vendor.
